We are urgently hiring an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer (Project Engineer) for our ongoing commercial construction project located in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

We are seeking a highly competent and result-oriented professional who can independently manage site execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery with strict quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site execution of the commercial building project
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site workforce
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams
• Prepare and review BOQs, material reconciliation, and site reports
• Track project progress and report to senior management
• Ensure proper planning, scheduling, and resource utilization

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in residential and/or commercial building construction
• Strong experience in RCC work, finishing work, and complete building execution
• Ability to independently handle site operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Navi Mumbai

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
