CapSpecialty is seeking a Senior Claims Litigation Specialist I with a background in handling complex and high exposure construction defect, property damage and/or injury claims on a nationwide construction book, including primary and excess OCIP/CCIP policies. This individual will be responsible for the accurate, prompt, and efficient achievement of technical outcomes on assigned claim files, both litigated and non-litigated, in the specified line of business or specialty area, and involving advanced complexity and exposure. In addition to the adjustment of claims, this position will be responsible for litigation management and vendor oversight. The Senior Claims Litigation Specialist I will provide superior service to all customers, internal and external, as well as engage in collaborative projects in support of other areas of the company, to include underwriting, finance, and accounting, actuarial, operations, and technology.
