Senior Client Acquisition & Onboarding Manager

HBN Growth Limited is hiring a Senior Client Acquisition & Onboarding Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in Pakistan who can work U.S. time zones.

In this role, you will respond instantly to hot inbound leads (no cold calling), understand their business needs, pitch our solution confidently, and ensure smooth onboarding. Training on our CRM (GoHighLevel) will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond instantly to inbound leads (no cold calling)
• Communicate clearly in neutral American-style English
• Identify client pain points and recommend the right solutions
• Pitch our product confidently and handle objections professionally
• Close clients consistently
• Complete onboarding inside GoHighLevel
• Persuade business owners to join our program
• Maintain high conversion and customer satisfaction

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 80,000 per month
• Commission: PKR 20,000 per closed client
• Total Monthly Potential: PKR 150,000 – 300,000+ (top performers)

Requirements

• Strong spoken English (neutral American accent preferred)
• Confident communicator with solid sales skills
• Ability to work night shift (7 PM – 3 AM PKT)
• Fast response time and excellent follow-up discipline
• Prior sales or client onboarding experience is a plus
• Must have a reliable internet connection and laptop

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
