Role Overview
The Senior Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving new business from the UK SME market through outbound sales, lead generation, meeting booking, and deal closure.
This is a performance-focused role designed for someone who is confident in selling to international clients, comfortable working with clear targets, and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
The ideal candidate will be highly driven, commercially aware, and experienced in converting outbound prospects into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and target prospective SME clients within the UK market.
- Execute daily outbound sales activity through LinkedIn, cold email, and calls.
- Generate 80–120 outbound touchpoints per day across multiple channels.
- Book 15–25 qualified meetings per month with relevant decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Convert qualified meetings into paying clients, with a target conversion rate of 20–30%.
- Close 3–7 new clients per month.
- Build, manage, and maintain a sales pipeline worth £20,000–£50,000 in potential monthly revenue.
- Maintain 100% CRM accuracy by tracking all leads, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and deal status.
- Follow up with all leads within a maximum response time of 24 hours.
- Analyse outreach performance, market feedback, and conversion rates to continuously improve sales strategy.
- Work towards a monthly improvement target of at least 10% in outreach and conversion performance.
- Represent the company professionally when dealing with UK-based business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
Revenue Expectations
The role is directly tied to monthly revenue generation and client acquisition.
Average Client Value: £300 – £1,500 per month
Expected Monthly Revenue Generation:
- Month 1: £3,000 – £7,000 in new monthly revenue
- Month 3 onwards: £10,000+ in consistent monthly revenue
Commission will be paid on all successfully closed deals, with no cap on earning potential.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong experience in outbound sales, including LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and phone-based prospecting.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Experience selling to international clients, preferably within the UK market.
- Strong closing skills with the ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert prospects into clients.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant supervision.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, CRM usage, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to improve outreach methods and sales performance over time.
- Highly disciplined, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience selling HR, payroll, recruitment, outsourcing, compliance, consulting, or B2B professional services.
- Experience working with SMEs in the UK, Europe, or other international markets.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of UK SME business challenges, HR compliance, payroll operations, or outsourced business services.
