We are looking for a Senior Client Relations and Advisory Manager who can take ownership of our client engagement strategy and advisory operations. You are not simply managing accounts; you are building long-term partnerships, delivering strategic guidance, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction across all service interactions.

You will lead a dedicated client services team, bridging operational support, advisory solutions, and stakeholder communication to strengthen client relationships and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Leadership:
Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, business partners, and key stakeholders while ensuring high levels of service quality and client satisfaction.

Advisory Services Management:
Provide strategic guidance and operational support related to insurance solutions, risk management services, and business advisory initiatives.

Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop client services and advisory teams while promoting professionalism, accountability, and service excellence.

Operational Coordination:
Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, finance, and business development teams to ensure seamless client support and effective service delivery.

Performance Monitoring:
Track client satisfaction metrics, service KPIs, operational performance, and relationship management outcomes while implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication:
Present service updates, advisory recommendations, and operational insights to senior management and external stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7+ years of experience in client relations, advisory services, insurance operations, or corporate account management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of client engagement strategies, advisory operations, business relationship management, and corporate service delivery standards.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead client-facing teams in fast-paced corporate or professional services environments.

Technical Skills:
Experience working with CRM platforms, reporting systems, operational planning tools, and business performance management software.

Language Skills:
English proficiency is required for professional communication and operational reporting. Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.

Mindset:
You are relationship-driven, strategic, and solutions-oriented. You understand how to balance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth while leading teams in a professional advisory environment.
