We are looking for a Senior Client Success Director who can take ownership of our enterprise client strategy. You are not simply managing accounts—you are shaping the client experience, driving retention strategy, and identifying long-term growth opportunities across our highest-value partnerships.

You will lead a high-performing client success team, bridging the gap between client expectations, commercial objectives, and operational execution. You are the trusted advisor in rooms filled with executives, decision-makers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Ownership:

Own and strengthen executive-level relationships across key strategic accounts. Ensure clients see measurable value in every partnership.

Retention & Expansion:

Develop account retention strategies, lead contract renewals, and identify commercial growth opportunities across existing partnerships.

Team Leadership:

Mentor Senior Account Managers and Client Success teams. Conduct performance reviews and provide strategic coaching that elevates team performance.

Client Intelligence:

Don't rely on assumptions. Use client feedback, performance metrics, and market insights to improve service delivery and business outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:

Present business reviews, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities to clients and executive leadership. You can explain not just what decisions should be made—but why they matter.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:

8+ years in Client Success, Enterprise Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership.

Track Record:

A proven history of managing enterprise accounts, driving retention, and delivering measurable revenue growth.

Leadership:

You have successfully built, mentored, and scaled high-performing client-facing teams.

Communication:

Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Language Skills:

English (Professional/Fluent) is required for business communication. Arabic is considered a strong advantage.

Mindset:

You are strategic, commercially aware, and relationship-driven. You know when to protect a partnership, when to challenge a client, and when to turn an opportunity into long-term growth.
