Job Summary:
TuniSip Web Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Client Success Manager to build strong client relationships, improve customer retention, and maximize long-term account growth.
In this leadership role, you will oversee key client accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to create outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
- Lead onboarding, account management, and customer success initiatives
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics
- Resolve escalated client concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to improve service delivery
- Develop account strategies to maximize long-term client value
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for clients and leadership
- Drive customer loyalty and improve the overall client experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
- Proven experience managing high-value accounts or enterprise clients
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, IT services, or web solutions is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
