Job Summary
Angeles Ojeda Professional Services is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Client Success Manager to oversee client engagement operations, customer success initiatives, and service delivery performance across the organization.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, improving customer experience strategies, and leading customer-focused operational initiatives in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening client satisfaction, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality support services.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily client success and customer engagement operations
- Manage customer relationship strategies and client retention initiatives
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal departments to maintain efficient customer support operations
- Prepare operational reports, customer insights, and performance updates for leadership
- Support onboarding, coaching, and operational training activities for customer-facing teams
- Improve operational procedures related to customer success and client engagement workflows
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, and reporting data
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal operational departments
- Support service quality improvement and customer experience initiatives
- Assist with continuous improvement projects related to customer success operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client success management, customer relations, account management, customer support leadership, or client services
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities
- Experience managing customer-facing workflows and service delivery operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and customer engagement platforms preferred
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or related field preferred
