What You’ll Do
As a Senior Clinical Research Analyst, you will:
- Conduct Medicare Coverage Analyses (MCA) for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with CMS rules and billing requirements
- Develop and support the creation, review, and negotiation of clinical trial budgets
- Lead service delivery for a set of assigned client accounts, overseeing workflow and exceeding client expectations.
- Mentor analysts and provide regular feedback on MCA work to continue to enhance the skills of the team
What You’ll Need
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, economics, or a related analytical field
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in roles for which the primary focus or responsibility was completing MCAs for clinical trials
- Experience completing MCAs on the most complex clinical trials, including multiple ARMs and complex therapeutic areas.
- Experience working in an external, client-facing capacity
- A track record of producing accurate, high-quality work and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort collaborating with multiple stakeholders
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

This position is intended to be a full time role, but may have some flexibility to start in a part time or limited capacity for the right candidate.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
