We are growing and seeking a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator / Clinical Operations Lead who can take ownership of clinical trials and help drive operational excellence across our site.

Position Overview

This is a high-impact role for someone who can independently manage studies, lead day-to-day operations, and operate with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and confident in both clinical execution and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage clinical trials from startup through closeout
• Conduct and oversee study visits (Screening, Baseline, Follow-up, EOS)
• Ensure protocol adherence and GCP compliance
• Maintain accurate, complete, and inspection-ready source documentation
• Perform timely and accurate data entry and resolve queries in EDC systems
• Support and execute patient recruitment and retention strategies
• Conduct informed consent discussions with participants
• Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsors and CRAs
• Participate in monitoring visits, audits, and sponsor communications
• Identify and resolve issues proactively and in real time
• Assist in training junior staff and improving site processes

Pay: $61,658.27 - $74,255.12 per year
