Senior Clinical Support Services Manager

Job Summary

Remer Group Integrated Services is seeking an experienced and service-focused Senior Clinical Support Services Manager to oversee clinical support operations, patient service coordination, and healthcare operational workflows across the organization.

This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys improving healthcare support services, leading operational teams, and maintaining high-quality patient experience standards in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening operational efficiency, supporting patient-centered service delivery, and ensuring smooth coordination across clinical support functions.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily clinical support and patient service operations
  • Manage healthcare support workflows and operational coordination activities
  • Support patient scheduling, service coordination, and administrative healthcare processes
  • Supervise support staff performance and operational service standards
  • Handle escalated patient concerns and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain efficient patient support operations
  • Prepare operational reports, service summaries, and performance updates for leadership
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and workforce development activities for support teams
  • Maintain accurate operational records, patient service documentation, and reporting data
  • Improve operational procedures related to clinical support and patient experience
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to healthcare operations and service delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical support services, healthcare operations, patient services management, or healthcare administration
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational and operational coordination abilities
  • Experience managing healthcare support workflows and customer-facing operations
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Professional and patient-focused approach to operational leadership
  • Experience with scheduling systems, CRM platforms, and healthcare reporting tools preferred
  • Degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred
