Senior Closer – Night Shift

No cold calling. No prospecting. No lead generation.

We have a dedicated opening team that handles the initial outreach, qualifies the customer, and completes the preliminary application paperwork. Your sole job is to take the live warm transfer, command the call, smash through final objections, and execute the mandatory final conversion.

Note: "Conversion" in this role means securing the final verbal/system commitment and locking them into the deal, not chasing signatures.

What You Will Do:

• Close Live Transfers: Take over calls at the 1-yard line from our openers and push the customer to a final, immediate decision.
• Overcome Hard Objections: Handle high-friction objections regarding premium terms and pricing without hesitating or backing down.
• Drive Urgency: Create an absolute "cost of inaction" so the customer commits on the first call.
• Control the Call: Maintain total authority from the moment the call is transferred to you until the conversion is locked.

What We Look For:

• 1+ Years of Pure Closing Experience: You must have a background in high-velocity international call centers (e.g., MCA, Final Expense, High-Ticket Closing, or Telecom).
• Flawless English: Sharp, authoritative verbal communication with a clear, confident accent.
• The "Closer" Mindset: You don't take "I need to think about it" for an answer. You know how to apply pressure professionally to get a "Yes."
• Thick Skin: High rejection tolerance and the ability to bounce back instantly.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
