Senior Cloud Engineer

Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement DevOps frameworks using IaC and CI/CD to automate security enforcement across cloud platforms

- Design and develop detective and corrective controls for hyperscale cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)

- Build REST APIs and microservices to automate reusable security components

- Standardize and automate cloud security operations and incident response workflows

- Analyze deployment pipelines to identify security gaps and embed proactive controls

- Develop reusable IaC templates and scanning solutions for secure cloud provisioning

- Translate cloud security policies into programmatic enforcement mechanisms

- Research cloud-native services and build event-driven controls for real-time security

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into every stage of the SDLC

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years in IT, preferably in Unix/systems engineering

- 7+ years in software development with strong Python expertise

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP

- Deep understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM

- Strong grasp of cloud security principles, IAM, and policy enforcement

- Experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Jira, Rally, Git, CI/CD pipelines

- Proficient in REST API development, microservices architecture, and cloud SDKs

- Familiarity with containers and Kubernetes orchestration

- Working knowledge of infrastructure components: Linux/Windows, DNS, networking, firewalls

- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)

- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and secure cloud environments

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to ₹224,000.00 per month
