Senior Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Product Design Manager who will define and drive our user experience strategy across multiple enterprise platforms. This is a senior leadership role where you will guide design direction, influence product decisions, and ensure a consistent and high quality user experience.

You will lead a team of designers, working closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant, functional interfaces. You will act as the voice of the user while balancing business and technical priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:
Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.

End to End Design Execution:
Lead the design lifecycle from discovery and user flows to high fidelity prototypes and final delivery.

Team Development:
Mentor and guide designers across different experience levels, conducting structured design reviews and improving overall team quality.

User Research and Validation:
Drive research initiatives and validate product decisions through usability testing and data driven insights.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Present design strategies and solutions to senior management and clients, clearly articulating decisions and business impact.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
Minimum 7 years of experience in product design UX UI, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

Portfolio:
Strong portfolio demonstrating complete design processes including problem definition, research, execution, and measurable outcomes.

Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Figma including component systems, prototyping, and scalable design frameworks.

Communication Skills:
Strong English communication required for cross functional collaboration and stakeholder presentations.

Mindset:
Strategic thinker with a balance between innovation and practical delivery. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.

Pay: RO2,500.000 - RO2,800.000 per month
