Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary:
Acropare Digital Communications W.L.L. is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, deployment, and management of scalable cloud infrastructure systems supporting enterprise digital communication services. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of cloud environments while driving infrastructure modernization and DevOps best practices. If you are an experienced cloud and infrastructure leader, this is a key opportunity in Kuwait’s digital technology sector.

What you'll do:

• Lead design and management of cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments
• Oversee deployment, scaling, and optimization of cloud-based systems and services
• Ensure system availability, reliability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
• Implement infrastructure-as-code, automation, and DevOps practices
• Manage servers, networking, storage, and virtualization environments
• Ensure cybersecurity, access control, and compliance standards are maintained
• Monitor system performance, logs, and cloud resource utilization
• Collaborate with software engineering and DevOps teams for seamless deployments
• Manage cloud budgets, cost optimization, and resource planning
• Lead technical teams and provide mentorship on cloud architecture

Requirements:

• Experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or systems engineering leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid cloud environments
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure architecture
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities

Pay: KD2,500.000 - KD4,200.000 per month
