Senior CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Lead

Growing precision CNC manufacturing company seeking a highly experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Lead to support complex machining projects, process development, and shop growth.

This role is ideal for someone with strong programming, tooling, setup, and manufacturing process experience who can lead projects from programming through production.

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills and lathes for production and prototype work
• Develop machining strategies, tooling, fixtures, and setup processes
• Support machinists and setup personnel during production
• Optimize cycle times and improve manufacturing efficiency
• Review drawings, tolerances, and manufacturing feasibility
• Assist with quoting and process planning
• Help standardize shop processes and workflows
• Train and mentor junior machinists and programmers

Qualifications

• 10+ years CNC programming and manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong experience with multi-axis machining
• Experience with setup, tooling, fixtures, and process development
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T
• Aerospace or high-precision machining experience preferred
• CAM software experience required

Pay: $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
