Senior Cold Caller (Outbound Sales & Closing) – Remote

We are hiring a Senior Cold Caller who can handle outbound sales calls from start to finish, including closing clients directly. This is a full-cycle outbound sales role, not an appointment-setting position.

The selected candidate will manage complete outbound campaigns, from initial cold calls to deal closure. Salary, commission, and other compensation details will be decided based on experience, performance, and skill level.

This role is strictly for senior, experienced professionals. There is no place for entry-level or junior candidates.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients
• Lead sales conversations confidently and professionally
• Pitch services, handle objections, and close deals independently
• Manage the full sales cycle within outbound campaigns
• Follow up with interested prospects and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements (Strict)

• Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales
• Demonstrated ability to close clients through cold calls
• Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, persuasive)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and quiet calling setup
• Highly professional attitude and results-driven mindset
