Senior Collaboration Engineer - L3

Responsibilities

• Support Cisco Collaboration systems, Oracle SBC, Verint Recording and other telecom systems.
• The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and performance.
• Support and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity, IM&P, and CMS.
• Administer and resolve issues with Oracle SBC.
• Manage and support Verint Voice Recording.
• MS Teams and Zoom administration.
• Perform daily system checks and maintenance.
• Assist in configuration, deployment, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Cisco Collaboration certifications (Voice CCNA & CCNP required; CCIE preferred).
• SBC certifications.
• Good knowledge and experience in MS Teams and Zoom.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
