Senior Combi Oven & Commercial Kitchen Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong professional with deep knowledge of Combi Oven repair, diagnostics, and programming, along with hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment.

This role is not just supervisory — it requires strong field expertise, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead by example.

Key Requirements

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment servicing
• Strong expertise in Combi Ovens (Rational, Unox, Electrolux, etc.), including:
• Programming & parameter setup
• Fault diagnostics & troubleshooting
• Freezers & Chillers Maintenance
• Cooking equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, etc.)
• Ability to handle complex breakdowns independently
• Experience in guiding technicians and supervising field work
• Good communication skills with clients and team members
• UAE experience preferred

Salary & Benefits

• AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience & technical skill)
