Senior Commercial Director
for Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will bring
8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
—specifically within
eCommerce and/or logistics solutions
—and a proven track record of selling
complex solutions to large Saudi enterprises and/or local family offices
.
As Senior Commercial Director, you will focus on the
Enterprise segment
, helping shape the future of Anchanto’s SaaS products for eCommerce players in the Retail and Logistics sector. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to conduct market research, develop strategic business development plans, and drive substantial revenue growth through
consultative relationships
.
This is a
quota-holding role
with an annual sales target and an incentive plan linked to performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Leadership / Business Expansion

New Logos:
Achieve year-over-year topline growth in KSA by meeting personal and team sales targets.

Pipeline Development:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise customers, engaging directly in high-value deals and CXO-level relationships.

Networking:
Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, family offices, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.

Business Relationships:
Build and strengthen partnerships with customers, Saudi conglomerates, family offices, and media stakeholders.
2. Team & Cross-Function Management

Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor the sales team on proposal creation, pitching, pipeline management, and skill development.

Reporting:
Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to the Country Head.

KPI Management:
Define responsibilities and KPIs for the sales team to align with country and cross-departmental goals.

Collaboration:
Partner with Customer Delivery, Account Management, and Project Management teams to ensure timely fulfilment and revenue delivery.
3. Thought Leadership

Industry Knowledge:
Stay updated on the eCommerce and logistics ecosystem in KSA, including brands, retailers, distributors, and 3PLs.

Expertise Sharing:
Establish Anchanto’s presence through partnerships, case studies, and whitepapers with customers and partners in the eCommerce and logistics ecosystem.
Essential Requirements

12+ years of total experience with at least 8 years in a
Sales Leadership role
(e.g., Account Director, Business Development Director) in Saudi Arabia.

Proven experience in
B2B SaaS sales
within
eCommerce, retail, and/or logistics sectors
.

Track record of successfully selling
complex solutions
to Saudi enterprises and family offices.

Fluent in Arabic
(reading, writing, speaking).

Strong understanding of
eCommerce and logistics concepts
.

C-level stakeholders
.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to
