Role:
The Commercial Loan Administration Specialist will perform a variety of commercial loan and deposit duties within the Business Financial Services Department.
Summary of Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Perform necessary account file maintenance and process transfers and/or payments for business transactions on the core system.

Create, organize, and maintain loan credit files.

Manage and assist in the collection of delinquent loans.

Participation loan processing (purchased and sold) including payments, boarding and funding.

Review loan authorization requests and all attachments to determine documents required to produce the loan according to the underwriting guidelines, policies, and regulations.

Responsible for obtaining and reviewing all entity documentation, determining required signatories per the defined entity documents, and ensuring documents are prepared and appropriately executed to be a legally binding document.

Order, verify and review title reports, insuring appropriate title insurance coverage.

Coordinate loan closing with branch, borrower, and/or title company including wiring, disbursing of funds and making sure all required ticklers are set up.

Prepare loan boarding package including closing checklist, boarding worksheet, wire transfer, and other forms necessary for closing and boarding.

Obtain post funding documents and completion of tasks.

Create, track, and manage monthly tickler report.

Perfection of loan collateral in the form of deeds, mortgages, assignment of rents, title liens, UCC Filings, etc.

Process and execute loan modification and renewal documentation.

Loan servicing for commercial and portfolio loans, include but not limited to quoting and processing loan payoffs, payments, insurance and property tax related documentation, release of collateral.

Provides support with deposit account openings, documentation, maintenance, and updating member profiles.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:-
Experience: Five to eight years commercial loan documentation/servicing/processing experience within the business and commercial lending area with demonstrated experience in advising deposit and loan applicants.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent
