Senior Commercial Trading Manager

Job Summary:

El Olivar Trading Solutions is seeking a Senior Commercial Trading Manager to oversee commercial operations, trading coordination, workflow management, and business support activities within our growing trading organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys managing commercial activities, improving operational efficiency, supporting business growth initiatives, and coordinating cross-functional operations in a fast-paced business environment. What you'll do:

• Oversee daily commercial trading and operational coordination activities
• Support business operations and trading workflow management initiatives
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and commercial performance
• Monitor operational activities, reporting processes, and workflow effectiveness
• Help improve systems, procedures, and operational coordination across teams
• Assist with project tracking, scheduling, and operational planning activities
• Maintain quality standards across commercial and operational functions
• Support leadership with business growth and operational initiatives
• Build positive working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Contribute ideas that improve operational efficiency and commercial performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commercial operations, trading coordination, business operations, supply chain support, account management, or operations management preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple operational priorities and projects
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with commercial workflows, trading coordination, or operational reporting is beneficial
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
