Overview
We’re hiring a truly exceptional, cinematic Commercial Videographer who have hands on experience in Real Estate based in Dubai — someone who creates high-impact property films that sell. This is a senior, hands-on role: you will lead on-location shoots across Dubai, capture cinematic walkthroughs, aerials and lifestyle footage, and deliver polished, conversion-focused video assets for listings, brand campaigns and social channels. We want a show-stopper — a visual storyteller with deep technical craft, an impeccable eye for composition, and the ability to turn any property into aspirational content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production for real estate: creative concept → pre-production → shooting on-location → post-production → delivery.
• Shoot cinematic property walkthroughs, aerial/drone sequences, neighborhood b-roll, agent/interview pieces, staged lifestyle content and virtual tour videos.
• Produce multi-format deliverables: full-length property films (2–5 min), short reels/shorts (15–60s), listing clips, testimonial videos, and social ad edits.
• Operate and maintain professional camera kits, gimbals, sliders, lighting and audio; plan and execute drone flights where required.
• Direct on-camera talent (agents, influencers, presenters), coordinate with stylists and staging teams to achieve the desired look.
• Color grade, mix audio, and apply finishing touches to deliver broadcast-quality masters (DaVinci Resolve/Premiere Pro/After Effects).
• Create social cutdowns, thumbnails and motion-graphics overlays (floorplans, pricing, call-to-action) optimized for each platform.
• Manage media assets: organize footage, backup originals, maintain asset library and version control.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Operations to plan shoot schedules and meet time-to-market SLAs.
• Ensure all shoots comply with local regulations (location permits, drone regulations, property access) and maintain safety on set.
• Train and mentor junior videographers / freelance camera crew when required.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years professional videography experience with a strong portfolio of real estate and property films.
• Proven ability to produce cinematic, high-converting real-estate videos (links to produced work required).
• Deep technical expertise: DSLR / mirrorless cinema cameras (Canon/RED/Sony/Blackmagic), pro lenses, gimbals (Ronin), sliders, LED lighting, shotgun and lavalier audio.
• Drone operation experience — GCAA/authorized drone license and insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Advanced post-production skills: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve (color grading), After Effects (motion graphics). Final Cut Pro experience acceptable.
• Strong understanding of framing, lighting for interiors, HDR exposure, bracketed exposures for interiors and effective use of natural light.
• Proficient with LUTs, LOG workflows, stabilization and tailoring exports for web/social (adaptive bitrates, aspect ratios).
• Experience producing virtual tour content / Matterport / 360° capture is a plus.
• Solid project & time management skills; able to handle multiple shoots and deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills — comfortable briefing agents, influencers and clients on set.
• Fluent English (verbal & written); Arabic or Russian is an advantage for Dubai market.

Equipment & Technical Knowledge (expected)

• Professional cameras: Sony/Canon/Blackmagic/RED experience.
• Gimbal/stabilizer operation (DJI Ronin / Zhiyun), sliders, tripods.
• Drone platforms (DJI Mavic / Phantom / Inspire) and safe flight planning.
• LED lighting kits (Aputure etc.) and grip basics for interiors.
• Audio: shotgun mics, lavaliers, portable recorders (Zoom/RODE).
• Editing: Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve; Motion graphics: After Effects.
• File management: NAS, external SSD workflows, archiving, proxies.
• Color grading and delivery: broadcast-safe masters, social formats, compression for web.

KPIs / Success Metrics

• Turnaround: Final master + social cuts delivered within agreed SLA (e.g., 48–72 hours for short edits, 5–7 days for full films).
• Asset output: # of property films & social assets produced per month (target set with manager).
• Engagement: View / watch-time / engagement uplift on listing videos and social posts.
• Client satisfaction: positive feedback from agents/clients at handover.
• Production quality: minimal rework requests; adherence to brand guidelines.
• Compliance: 100% shoots with required permits and safety checklists.
