VitrA Tiles, which has been producing ceramic tiles in its factory in Russia since 2011, has a total annual production capacity of 30 million square meters. VitrA Tiles products are offered for sale in 75 countries, especially in the Turkish and German markets. VitrA Tiles carries the 60 years of expertise of the VitrA brand to all living spaces in the house, especially the bathroom; It also offers products suitable for use in many different areas such as pools, gardens and exteriors. VitrA Tiles, which constantly develops innovative texture and material solutions, sets the trends in surfaces with its new collections every year. VitrA's tiles with the "TSE Double Star" Certificate also hold the first eco-label given by the European Union to a ceramic brand from Turkey. Our production facility in Bozuyuk has been included in the "Global Lighthouse Network", which the World Economic Forum (WEF) selects as the most advanced production facilities in the world and points out as the "production facility of the future".
What do we expect from our new team member?

Developing and implementing corporate communication strategies and annual communication plans

Supporting HR in communicating organizational changes, company culture, and internal campaigns

Leading internal communication initiatives and employee engagement projects

Preparing internal newsletters, announcements, and leadership messages

Ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all internal channels

Fostering cross-functional collaboration through effective communication practices

Planning, executing, and evaluating social responsibility projects aligned with our sustainability goals

Managing crisis communication processes, including scenario planning and employee training

Creating and editing content for both internal and external communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, press releases, social media, annual & sustainability reports)

Managing content for digital communication platforms, including the corporate website, intranet, and social media accounts

Collaborating with creative agencies for content production and preparing visual content when necessary (e.g., social media posts, presentations)

Supporting corporate events, product launches, and stakeholder engagement activities

Monitoring communication KPIs and preparing regular performance and improvement reports

Acting as a culture ambassador, consistently reflecting and promoting VitrA’s corporate values and culture

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism , or a related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within B2B or industrial sectors

Proven experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility projects

Advanced English communication skills (German is a plus)

Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is preferred

Experience in managing agencies and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
