We are hiring a Senior Compliance and Risk Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of compliance strategy, risk governance, and internal control systems across business operations. This role is not only about enforcement—it is about designing structured, practical systems that allow businesses to operate safely and efficiently.

You will work closely with senior leadership, operations, and finance teams to ensure regulatory standards are consistently met while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Framework Development: Design and maintain internal compliance policies aligned with regulatory standards.

Risk Management: Identify operational, financial, and regulatory risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of findings.

Regulatory Monitoring: Track legal and regulatory updates and ensure organizational compliance.

Policy Implementation: Develop internal control systems and governance procedures across departments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, and operations teams to embed compliance into daily workflows.

Reporting: Prepare compliance and risk reports for senior management review.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: 6+ years in compliance, risk management, audit, or governance roles.

Leadership: At least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory position.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and risk assessment.

Analytical Ability: Skilled in interpreting regulations and converting them into operational processes.

Communication: Strong ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Mindset: Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong ethical judgment.

Pay: KD2,200.000 - KD3,500.000 per month
