Senior Compliance Manager

About the Role:
Baladiyat Al Dawhah is a key hub for regional enterprise operations, and at Almira Horizon Digital Solutions, we bring structured governance and modern compliance practices to support large scale business transformation. We operate across multiple service domains, ensuring that corporate processes remain aligned with evolving regulatory standards while maintaining operational efficiency. We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our compliance and governance framework. This role is not limited to monitoring regulations, but focuses on building systems that ensure long term compliance, risk control, and operational integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Framework Management: Develop and maintain company wide compliance policies aligned with local and international regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Oversight: Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure timely integration into internal processes and operational guidelines.

Risk Assessment: Identify compliance risks across business functions and implement corrective action plans to reduce exposure.

Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audit processes ensuring documentation accuracy and full regulatory readiness.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, HR, legal, and operations teams to embed compliance into daily business processes.

Training & Awareness: Design and deliver compliance training programs to strengthen organizational awareness and adherence to policies.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 6+ years in compliance, governance, legal, or risk management roles with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial capacity.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate compliance frameworks, regulatory standards, and audit procedures.

Skills: Ability to develop structured compliance systems and translate regulations into practical business processes.

Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate compliance requirements clearly across all levels.

Mindset: Highly structured, detail oriented, and proactive with strong decision making ability under regulatory constraints.

Pay: QAR22,000.00 - QAR31,000.00 per month
