Senior Compliance Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager m f d who can take ownership of regulatory frameworks and internal governance standards across multiple client portfolios. You are not just reviewing policies you are shaping the compliance structure that enables sustainable business growth. You will work closely with legal teams auditors and senior leadership to ensure full regulatory alignment while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Compliance Framework Ownership:
Develop implement and maintain internal compliance policies aligned with Kuwait GCC and international regulations.

Risk Assessment and Monitoring:
Identify regulatory risks conduct audits and ensure proactive mitigation strategies are in place.

Regulatory Reporting:
Oversee preparation and submission of compliance reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
Guide and mentor compliance officers and junior analysts to ensure consistent application of standards.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with legal finance and operations teams to ensure alignment across all business processes.

Policy Development:
Continuously improve internal governance frameworks and ensure they remain up to date with regulatory changes.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:
6 plus years in compliance risk management legal governance or regulatory affairs with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of corporate compliance frameworks preferably within consulting financial services or multinational environments.

Technical Skills:
Experience with compliance management systems audit tools and reporting frameworks.

Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly explain regulatory requirements to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Mindset:
You are detail oriented structured and proactive. You understand when to enforce strict compliance and when to build flexible frameworks that support business operations.

Pay: KD1,700.000 - KD2,900.000 per month
