As we expand, we are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

The Senior Compliance Specialist will oversee and manage statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance activities for a portfolio of clients. The role involves ensuring timely filings, maintaining accurate records, advising on regulatory requirements, and leading compliance improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end compliance requirements under Shops & Establishments, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and file statutory returns, reports, and legal documents within specified timelines.
  • Conduct periodic compliance audits and maintain compliance trackers for clients.
  • Advise clients on regulatory changes, risk assessment, and compliance best practices.
  • Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and stakeholders for queries and inspections.
  • Draft and review compliance-related documentation, resolutions, and agreements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure quality output.
  • Support internal process improvements and contribute to building compliance frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience in corporate and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian corporate laws, labour laws, tax compliance, and regulatory norms.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance tools, MS Office, and digital filing portals.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
