Senior Concept Design Architect

Urgent Hiring for Senior CONCEPT Architect who will be responsible for Architectural Concept Design (Buildings, Hotels, Factories etc) and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams including project managers, engineers, and designers.

• 10 years of Dubai experience with Engineering Consultancy Firms in Concept Design and knowledge of all requisite Authorities in Dubai.
• Must be familiar with the Dubai Building Codes, GFA, Saleable Area, RERA requirements etc.
• Should be able to present Design concept to the client and follow the Detail design with the team, obtain Approvals from Authorities within the time frame.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD is mandatory and preferably 3D presentation soft wares is a plus.
• Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
