Responsibilities

  • Investigate construction defect claims thoroughly by reviewing project documentation, contractor reports, and inspection findings.
  • Analyze claim details to determine coverage eligibility, liability, and potential fraud indicators using advanced analysis skills.
  • Negotiate settlements with contractors, policyholders, and third parties to reach mutually beneficial resolutions efficiently.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on complex cases involving workers' compensation law and other relevant regulations.
  • Utilize auto estimating software and financial tools to accurately assess damages and prepare detailed reports.
  • Prevent fraud by identifying suspicious activities through diligent review and analysis of claim patterns.
  • Maintain organized case files, document all communications, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
