Senior Construction Manager

The Construction Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. The Construction Manager works closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Coordination

• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Review project designs, specifications, and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and vendors.

2. Site Management

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to plan.
• Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Create and manage project budgets.
• Monitor expenses and track project costs.
• Approve invoices, change orders, and variations.

4. Quality Assurance

• Ensure construction work adheres to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory codes.
• Conduct quality checks and manage testing processes.

5. Safety Management

• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct site safety audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

6. Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates.
• Address issues, delays, and conflicts promptly.

7. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of project progress, material usage, and labor.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports.
• Manage permits, inspections, and compliance documentation.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
