Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead project execution, oversee construction operations, and align delivery strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver complex projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Direct construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Execution Oversight: Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Innovation: Drive adoption of advanced construction technologies and digital tools.
• Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and foster a culture of accountability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 12+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction frameworks and GCC infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in project execution, risk management, and HSE compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional construction organizations preferred.

Pay: RO2,400.000 - RO3,500.000 per month
