Senior Construction Manager (Roads and Infrastructure)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager – Roads & Infrastructure to lead and manage large-scale road, highway, bridge, utility diversion, and infrastructure works for prestigious Roads and Transport Authority projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee construction execution, ensure compliance with RTA standards, maintain project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end construction activities for roads and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and planners.
• Ensure all works comply with Roads and Transport Authority specifications, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities, utility agencies, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against project schedule and budget targets.
• Resolve technical and construction issues on-site efficiently.
• Ensure implementation of HSE policies and zero-incident culture.
• Review method statements, risk assessments, and technical submissions.
• Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management/client.
• Drive productivity, resource optimization, and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in roads & infrastructure construction.
• Minimum 5 years in senior managerial role within UAE/GCC.
• Strong experience on Roads and Transport Authority / Dubai Municipality / major UAE infrastructure projects preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of roads, bridges, drainage, utilities, asphalt, and traffic diversions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
