Senior Construction Project Manager – Misnihayatulamal Gunungsari Foundation

Location: Abu Dhabi (Project Office)

The Misnihayatulamal Gunungsari Foundation is seeking a dedicated Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of community-driven infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. This is more than a commercial build; it is a role centered on social impact. We need a veteran project leader who can balance rigorous engineering standards with the foundation’s mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable facilities that serve the public good.

As the Senior CPM, you will be the primary link between the Foundation’s leadership and our on-site contractors. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle—from initial feasibility and consultant selection to final commissioning. If you have a track record of delivering complex institutional or residential projects in Abu Dhabi and possess a "mission-first" mindset, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Delivery: Management of all project phases (Design, Tender, Construction, and Handover) for foundation-led developments.
• Financial Stewardship: Rigorous budget control and cost-engineering to ensure every dirham of the foundation’s capital is utilized efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with Abu Dhabi government entities (DMT, Civil Defense, etc.) to ensure seamless permitting and compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Enforcing strict technical specifications and sustainability standards (Estidama PBR/PCR) across all sites.
• Contract Administration: Leading the selection of Tier-1 contractors and managing high-level FIDIC-based agreements.

Professional Requirements:

• 15+ Years in Project Management: With a strong focus on institutional, educational, or large-scale residential construction in Abu Dhabi.
• Technical Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Professional Certification: PMP or MRICS/MCIOB status is highly preferred.
• Local Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Abu Dhabi’s specific building codes, Estidama Pearl Rating System, and municipal regulations.
• Character: A proven reputation for integrity, transparency, and delivering projects with a long-term community focus.
