Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative

Location: Warrenville, IL (Primary) with periodic travel throughout Illinois

PROVEN is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to support Real Estate & Facilities projects throughout Illinois. This role will oversee multiple active infrastructure, HVAC, switchgear, and facility improvement projects across several operational locations.

The selected candidate will act as the Owner’s representative and lead project coordination from planning and design through construction and closeout.

• HVAC system upgrades
• Switchgear replacement projects
• RTU replacement projects
• Facility infrastructure improvements
• Nuclear warehouse support projects

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction and infrastructure projects from inception through closeout.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, RFIs, and change management.
• Monitor onsite construction activities and contractor performance.
• Maintain project reporting and financial forecasting.
• Support owner meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Participate in off-hours and weekend construction activities when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• PMP Certification required or in progress.
• 5+ years of Owner’s Representative or construction project management experience.
• Experience managing MEP and infrastructure-related projects.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and occupied facility renovations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Autodesk products, Procore, and construction management tools.

Additional Information

• Candidates should reside within commuting distance of Warrenville, IL.
• Travel between project sites will be required periodically.
• Off-hours and weekend work may be required based on construction schedules.

Work Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite during assigned shifts within core operating hours. Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Must be available for after-hours support as needed.
• Must comply with all company, client, security, safety, and information protection requirements.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Employment Conditions

Pay: From $80.00 per hour
