The Oracle Fusion HCM - Senior Functional Consultant - OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) role is a Senior consultant and subject matter expert position focused on the successful implementation, configuration, and support of the Oracle Time and Labor module.
Key Responsibilities
- OTL Solution Leadership and Design: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Time and Labor. Lead the design, fit-gap analysis, and overall solution architecture for time entry, time collection, time calculation, and approval processes, ensuring alignment with client business requirements and industry best practices.

Lead Workshops and Requirements Gathering: Conduct client workshops to understand and document complex absence policies, legal compliance requirements and business processes.

Integration and Data Flow: Understand and manage the integration points between OTL and other Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Absence Management and Global Payroll.

Documentation and Training: Create high-quality functional design documents, configuration workbooks, training materials, and end-user documentation. Deliver training sessions to client administrators and end-users.

End-to-End Implementation: Lead or participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from initial discovery and design to configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), data migration, and post-go-live support (Hypercare).

Best Practices: Advise the client on Oracle HCM leading practices for OTL and system adoption.
Required Qualifications and Experience

10+ years of Oracle HCM Consulting experience, with at least 2-3 full lifecycle end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Time and Labor Cloud (OTL) implementations.

Proven client-facing experience, including running workshops, managing client expectations, and developing trusted relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, leadership, mentorship, team collaboration, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Hands-on proficiency with Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence Management is crucial. Familiarity with HCM tools like HCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI/BIP Reports is also required for data migration and reporting.

Oracle Cloud Time and Labor Certified Implementation Professional is added advantage (Optional).
