Senior Consultant AI Software Engineer (FAAS)

Job Description

Glow Beauty On Demand is looking for a Senior Consultant AI Software Engineer to join its technology and innovation team in Dubai. This role supports the Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FAAS) function, focusing on AI engineering, generative AI, and scalable machine learning solutions. The position involves building and operationalizing AI-driven applications, integrating large language models, and delivering solutions that create measurable business value.

Core Duties

• Design, build, and operationalize AI solutions using MLOps pipelines and cloud-native platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and implement generative AI use cases such as chatbots, document summarization, and intelligent assistants.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to align AI solutions with strategic objectives.
• Support FAAS client engagements through advisory services, compliance with regulatory standards, and service delivery frameworks.
• Contribute to the development of AI-driven strategies and assist in go-to-market initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to strengthen business offerings.
• Supervise projects, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
