Senior Consultant - Growth Strategy and Implementation

As a Senior Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, you will be part of a dynamic global team that strives for excellence in work and social engagements. The person is principally responsible for the management and execution of consulting projects, building client relationships throughout the delivery of impactful strategic recommendations, and also contributing to commercial activities.

Due to continuing company success and expansion plans, the Advisory Group-focusing on Strategy and Implementation-seeks a Senior Consultant based in our Riyadh office to shape the next stage of growth within this well established location.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree or MBA in a related business discipline
  • Engineering background
  • PMP certified (mandatory)
  • 10-12 years of experience in Strategy and Transformation
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Saudi market with consulting firms
  • Experience leading strategic projects related to Vision 2030 (e.g., NIS, NIS 2.0, NTP, PPP, OR Shareek program)
  • Experience delivering projects for ministries, VRO departments, or semi government entities
  • Demonstrated interest in digital trends
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Experience interacting with C suite, ministries' advisors, deputy ministers, VPs, and Managing Directors
  • Experience supporting sales teams in closing deals
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker, self starter, fast learner, visionary, pragmatic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; complete fluency in English
  • Experience in an international environment is appreciated, working with a multi cultural remote team
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in primary and secondary research, trend analysis, market assessment, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Client relationship building skills
  • Cross industry professional experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project streams or full projects
  • Deliver key project tasks (research, analysis, recommendations, coaching of junior team members)
  • Collaborate with market insight/industry teams
  • Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insights
  • Complete high quality project tasks on time and within budget
Typical Projects
  • Develop digital strategy and transformation roadmap
  • Test new business models and value propositions
  • Benchmark competitors' strategies and organizations to describe best practices
  • Identify and prioritize strategic options, including short and long term acquisition opportunities
  • Analyze market entry options with financial scenario modeling
  • Evaluate strategic roadmaps through detailed action planning and financial simulation
  • Conduct commercial and strategic due diligence
