Senior Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with expertise in both Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&O) to lead the design, implementation, and support of financial and supply chain modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in configuring and implementing D365 Finance (including modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting) and SCM (including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Production Control). The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, optimize business processes, and guide clients through the digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of D365 Finance and SCM modules, including but not limited to General Ledger, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Master Planning.
  • Follow up with our Partner the Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective D365 solutions using best practices.
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and create functional design documentation.
  • Configure both D365 Finance and SCM modules and collaborate with developers on necessary customizations.
  • Provide expertise in both financial and supply chain business processes, ensuring successful integrations and optimal solutions.
  • Support data migration, system testing (unit, system, UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Provide post-implementation support, continuous system optimization, and user training.
  • Guide BU on financial reporting, tax configurations, supply chain improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O), including Finance and Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 2 full-cycle D365 F&O implementations as a lead consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles (IFRS, GAAP), supply chain processes, and industry trends.
  • Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and BU-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with integrations, Power Platform, and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Exposure to agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience in project accounting, costing, or financial operations optimization.
