Senior Content Creator

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Creator to develop impactful, high-quality content for our Healthcare Academy, AI & Digital Health programs, and institutional brands.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with the ability to convert complex healthcare and AI concepts into simple, engaging content suitable for students, professionals, and the public.
This role demands creativity, strategic content thinking, excellent writing skills, and experience in academic/healthcare/tech-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation – Healthcare & AI

• Create engaging content for healthcare, AI, digital health, and academic programs.
• Develop content for brochures, social media, websites, academic promotions, student stories, videos, and emailers.
• Write clear and simplified explanations for technical content.
• Develop video scripts, storyboards, and conceptual content for educational campaigns.

2. Academic & Institutional Content

• Prepare promotional materials for courses, workshops, faculty profiles, events, and research activities.
• Support content needs for FGHRC

3. Digital Content Strategy

• Plan monthly/weekly content calendars for healthcare and AI-related campaigns.
• Develop content aligned with brand identity, student engagement goals, and market trends.
• Research industry trends in healthcare education, AI, EdTech, and skill development to generate fresh content ideas.

4. Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with Marketing Head, academic teams, and Other Departments.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, videographers, and campaign teams.
• Guide junior content creators/interns and ensure quality across all content deliverables.

5. Performance & Optimization

• Monitor analytics for social media, website, and content platforms.
• Optimize content based on insights (SEO, engagement, audience behaviour).
• Ensure timely delivery of content across all projects and campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Healthcare Communication, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation (preferably in healthcare, EdTech, AI, digital health, or academic sectors).
• Strong command of English with the ability to simplify complex healthcare & AI topics.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating writing, campaign content, and digital creativity.
• Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and educational content marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare branding, medical writing, or EdTech content.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, digital health trends, and healthcare operations.
• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, Figma)
• Familiarity with learning content, student engagement, and academic communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
