Senior Content Creator

We are a fast-growing marketing agency working across multiple industries with a strong focus on Fashion & Lifestyle brands .

We are looking for a Senior Content Creator who understands content that performs , not just looks good

 Key Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality short-form content (Reels / TikTok / Shorts).
• Develop content ideas based on trends, brand identity, and marketing goals .
• Participate in content strategy & campaign brainstorming .
• Plan, shoot, and deliver fashion-focused content (studio & on-location).
• Direct models, influencers, or clients during shoots when needed.
• Edit videos to match platform trends & algorithms .
• Collaborate closely with Social Media & Ads teams .
• Create content that supports paid ads performance .
• Stay updated with fashion trends, viral formats, and transitions .
• Manage multiple brands and adapt content style for each.
• Deliver content on time with high attention to detail .

Required Experience

• 2+ years experience as a Content Creator (Agency or Brand side).
• Proven experience creating content for Fashion / Lifestyle / Retail brands .
• Strong portfolio of Reels & TikTok videos with real performance.
• Solid understanding of short-form video trends & hooks .
• Experience working with marketing teams (not solo creator فقط).
• Ability to take feedback and optimize content accordingly

Skills & Tools :

• Reels & TikTok creation
• Video shooting (mobile & camera)
• Video editing (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut)
• Storytelling & hooks
• Trend analysis
• Basic lighting & framing
• Creative direction
