Job Title: Senior Content Writer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Writer with deep expertise in Healthcare and US Tax & Finance to produce accurate, engaging, and authoritative content. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating long-form and short-form content, conducting complex research, and adapting writing for various digital formats and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality, well-researched content for blogs, whitepapers, guides, website pages, email campaigns, and social channels.
  • Write clear, compliant, and up-to-date content related to:
  • Healthcare: medical services, patient education, wellness, clinical processes, healthcare tech, insurance.
  • US Tax & Finance: tax regulations, filings, IRS guidelines, personal & business finance, financial planning.
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate complex concepts into user-friendly language tailored for both expert and non-expert audiences.
  • Optimize all content using SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Maintain consistent tone, style, and brand voice across all written materials.
  • Conduct competitive research and stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging topics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Review and edit content produced by internal teams or external contributors for quality assurance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–10 years of professional writing experience, with at least 5 years focused on healthcare and/or US Tax & Finance.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proven expertise in creating compliant content aligned with HIPAA, IRS standards, and other relevant regulations (preferred).
  • Strong research ability and familiarity with reputable medical, financial, and tax resources.
  • Experience writing for digital platforms, including SEO-optimized content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, user behaviour, and organic audience growth.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex topics effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Healthcare, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience working within healthcare organizations, tax/financial firms, SaaS, or content agencies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Experience producing content for US-based audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
