Role Overview

The Senior Content Writer will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple digital and offline channels. This role requires strong writing expertise, SEO understanding, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and branding goals
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content for:
• Company websites & landing pages
• Blogs, articles, and case studies
• Social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Email marketing and newsletters
• Marketing collaterals, brochures, and presentations
• Ensure all content follows brand voice, tone, and style guidelines
• Produce SEO-optimized content to improve search rankings and organic traffic
• Collaborate with SEO, design, performance marketing, and business teams
• Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and quality
• Conduct industry and competitor research to create relevant content
• Manage content calendars and meet strict deadlines
• Mentor and review work of junior content writers
• Track content performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or equivalent
• 4–7 years of experience in content writing or content marketing
• Exceptional command over English grammar and writing styles
• Strong understanding of SEO concepts, keyword research, and content optimization
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to write for B2B and B2C audiences
• Familiarity with content and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Grammarly
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in corporate, agency, IT, real estate, or service-based industries
• Knowledge of UX writing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Ability to create ad copies, taglines, and storytelling-based content
• Leadership experience in managing content projects or teams
