Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Content Writer who can own content end-to-end—from strategy and research to writing, editing, and performance improvement. You’ll create high-quality, conversion-focused content that matches brand voice, ranks in search, and supports marketing and commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, edit, and publish long-form and short-form content (landing pages, blog posts, guides, newsletters, ads, scripts, case studies).
- Turn briefs into content that’s accurate, engaging, and built for search and conversion.
- Lead content research (audience intent, competitors, SERP analysis, SME input) and ensure factual accuracy.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels and writers.
- Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, design, and product teams to ship content that performs.
- Create outlines, content calendars, and briefing docs; mentor junior writers and review drafts.
- Optimize existing content based on data (rankings, CTR, engagement, conversion rate).
- Maintain quality standards for clarity, structure, compliance, and on-page SEO (internal linking, headings, meta, schema input where relevant).
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of professional writing experience (agency or in-house), including long-form content.
- Proven ability to write content that ranks (SEO) and converts (CRO mindset).
- Excellent editing skills and high attention to detail (grammar, structure, tone, accuracy).
- Strong research skills and ability to simplify complex topics without dumbing them down.
- Comfortable working with content briefs, style guides, and feedback loops.
- Familiar with tools like Google Docs, WordPress/CMS, Ahrefs/Semrush, GA4/Search Console (or equivalents).
Nice to Have
- Experience leading content strategy or managing writers.
- Experience repurposing content across channels (social, email, video scripts).
