About The Role:

Dr Tomar Wellness is looking for a mature, responsible, and conversion-focused Copywriter cum Content Writer who understands patient mindset, fear, hesitation, and trust-building.

This is not a typical ad-copy role.

You will write content that:

• Educates before selling
• Builds credibility before conversion
• Speaks in clear Hinglish / Hindi that patients actually understand

Key Responsibilities

1.Copywriting (Performance + Trust-led)

• Write ad copies for:

o Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

o Reels / Shorts (on-screen text + scripts)

• Create:

o Strong hooks (problem-first, fear-aware)

o Soft CTAs (consultation-led, not salesy)

• Campaign themes like:

o “Sahi Ilaaz Zaroori Hai”

o “Nuksaan Bachao – Shareer Ka Bhi, Paisa Ka Bhi”

• Avoid exaggerated or unethical medical claims

2. Healthcare Content Writing

• Write:

o Website content (treatment pages, FAQs)

o Educational posts (Lipoma, Keloid, Skin, Wellness)

o WhatsApp broadcast & follow-up scripts

o Patient reassurance & objection-handling content

• Convert medical concepts into simple, patient-friendly Hinglish/Hindi

Language Proficiency (Mandatory)

• Hinglish: Native, conversational, India-centric
• Hindi: Strong written & spoken
• English: Professional medical communication

Example tone:

“Problem ko samajhnazaroorihai, sirf surgery suggest karnakaafinahi.”

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of:

o Patient psychology

o Fear, trust, and decision delays in healthcare

• Experience writing for:

o Clinics / hospitals / doctors / wellness brands

• Ability to balance:

o Medical responsibility + marketing effectiveness

• Comfortable working with:

o Doctors, marketing team, performance marketers

• Fast content iteration without compromising accuracy

What We Don’t Want

• Over-promising medical results
• Clickbait or fear-mongering
• Copy without empathy or ethics

Good to Have

• Experience in:

o Skin, cosmetic, wellness, or surgical clinics

• Understanding of:

o WhatsApp lead nurturing

o Consultation-driven funnels

• Prior work on Hindi-first healthcare brands
