We’re hiring a Senior Content Manager to own content A–Z from strategy and planning to execution, editing, publishing, and performance improvement. This role is for someone who can lead content end-to-end, manage writers and workflows, and consistently deliver world-class output.

Role Overview

As a Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete content lifecycle and ensuring every piece meets international quality standards. You’ll work closely with leadership and marketing teams to align content with business goals, manage content calendars, maintain consistency in brand tone, and optimize performance across platforms.

Key Responsibilities (Content A–Z)

• Own and manage the full content lifecycle: ideation → research → writing → editing → approvals → publishing → optimization.
• Write and review high-quality blogs, website content, landing pages, scripts, social media content, and marketing copy.

• Build and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Manage content calendars, planning, prioritisation, and timely delivery across all platforms.

• Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice, and content standards across all assets.
• Conduct content audits and improve existing content for better performance (SEO, engagement, conversion).
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and campaign alignment.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, content optimization tools) to streamline production while maintaining originality and quality.
• Track content performance and continuously improve based on insights and analytics.

Requirements

Experience & Background

• Minimum 3-5 years of content industry experience (content management, editorial leadership, copywriting, or similar).
• Must have experience working with international companies/clients and producing global-standard content.
• A reputable portfolio demonstrating strong writing, content leadership, and successful projects across formats.

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any field).

Skills & Competencies

• Strong command of English writing, editing, proofreading, and content structuring.
• Ability to develop content strategy and manage end-to-end execution.
• Proven leadership: managing teams, workflows, deadlines, and approvals.
• Strong understanding of SEO content writing and optimization (preferred).
• Excellent research skills and ability to write across multiple industries and tones.
• High attention to detail with a strong quality-first mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI content optimization tools) without compromising quality or originality.
• Ability to handle fast-paced work environments and multiple priorities.
