Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer & Editorial Specialist to support all content needs across a fast-growing, multi-product ecosystem.

This is a writing-led, execution-focused role for someone who believes words carry responsibility, to inform, to connect, and to build trust. You will sit at the centre of the ecosystem’s narrative, ensuring everything we publish is clear, accurate, emotionally resonant, and aligned in voice.

You are meticulous by nature, highly disciplined with details, and instinctively question anything that feels unclear or incomplete. You don’t just write, you refine, verify, and protect the integrity of the message.

What You’ll Do

• Write and edit high-quality content across articles, scripts, press releases, explainers, decks and internal and external communications.
• Support senior marketing and communications leadership by refining drafts and ensuring all messaging is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the ecosystem’s voice.
• Work closely with the Events team to develop and fact-check event scripts, speaker notes and briefing materials.
• Collaborate with affiliate leaders and internal stakeholders to produce profiles, announcements, and communications that reflect correct details, tone, and compliance guidelines.
• Conduct thorough fact-checking across all content, including names, titles, ranks, dates, product information and ecosystem terminology.
• Maintain editorial consistency across all platforms and channels, ensuring every piece meets the same standard of clarity and credibility.
• Develop a strong understanding of the ecosystem, including its core products, AI-assisted tools, mentorship and learning systems, interactive education environment, and affiliate structures to ensure precision and confidence in all writing.
• Research as needed and proactively flag gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information to deliver polished, complete content.

Additional language skills are a plus.
