- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration/contract analysis (GCC/UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims management
- Experience in large-scale construction projects
- Review and analyze construction contracts and subcontracts
- Support preparation and evaluation of claims, variations, and disputes
- Prepare contractual correspondence and notices
- Analyze project delays and entitlement issues
- Assist in negotiation and settlement of claims and disputes
- Maintain contract records and documentation
- Provide commercial and contractual advice to management
Experience:
