<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, or related field</li><li>Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration/contract analysis (GCC/UAE experience preferred) </li><li>Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and claims management</li><li>Experience in large-scale construction projects</li><li>Review and analyze construction contracts and subcontracts</li><li>Support preparation and evaluation of claims, variations, and disputes</li><li>Prepare contractual correspondence and notices</li><li>Analyze project delays and entitlement issues</li><li>Assist in negotiation and settlement of claims and disputes</li><li>Maintain contract records and documentation</li><li>Provide commercial and contractual advice to management</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>contract administration/contract analysis: 10 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
