Senior Contracts & Commercial Manager - High-Rise & GCC

Hill International (Middle East) Limited in Dubai seeks a Strategic Contracts/Commercial Manager with over 20 years of experience in high-rise and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will manage contract administration, drive procurement strategies, and resolve commercial issues.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying and strong negotiation skills. Proficiency in English and Arabic is desirable, along with knowledge of FIDIC contracts.
