Senior Contracts Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and controlling all contract-related activities for oil and gas projects, including tendering, contract administration, claims, and variations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Manage pre-award and post-award contract activities.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and legal teams on contractual matters.
• Review tender documents, prepare bid evaluations, and assist in negotiations.
• Identify and manage contractual risks, claims, and variations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company and client procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract management in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, FIDIC terms, and commercial principles.
• Prior experience with ADNOC projects is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
